CARA Welfare Philippines: Compassion and Responsibility for Animals (CARA) was founded in 2000 to improve the plight of animals in the Philippines. CARA is a non-profit, non-government organization, relying solely on private donations. Their mission is to provide affordable sterilization and veterinary care, as well as rescuing, rehabilitating and re-establishing new homes for cats and dogs in need.
